Process quality and predictive maintenance, read together.

We are one of the few companies globally that looks at both:
Process Quality
  • Tracks the actual output for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, cutting force signatures, and part-to-part consistency — catching issues machine health can't
  • Operates in real-time, part-by-part, catching defects as they happen rather than after a batch ships
Predictive Maintenance
  • Forecasts failures days to months in advance, enabling scheduled fixes instead of emergency ones
  • Prevents catastrophic breakdowns and unplanned downtime

Together, they're what makes strong quality possible.

02 — THE PROBLEM
The cost of quality failures in Manufacturing Industries

Quality failures create a multi-billion dollar burden on manufacturing

Scrap & rework

03 — HOW IT WORKS
How CIAB works

We catch defects right when they happen, right where they happen.

01

Proprietary Models

Powered by award-winning, proprietary vibration models built by world-class experts.

02

Multi-Signal Monitoring

Uses data from vibration, power, torque, and more — both digital and analog sensors — to continuously monitor for quality risk.

03

Data at Scale

Collects and intelligently processes 25,000+ points per second for the most predictive, prescriptive insight.

04

Adaptable by Design

Works on your most complex assets, across industries, new and old machines. Highly customizable and deployable in under 2 weeks.

04 — COMPARISON
Why better than alternatives

The gaps other methods miss are exactly where the millions get lost - CIAB doesn't leave any.

CIAB can work alone or alongside your existing solutions.

Random Inspection

  • Only samples a small fraction of parts (e.g., 1 in 1,000)
  • Found after the fact — bad parts may already ship downstream
  • Inconsistent detection — fatigue means defects get missed

Predictive Maintenance Alone

  • Monitors machine health, not part quality
  • Misses process issues like tooling drift or calibration errors
  • Optimized for uptime, not scrap prevention

Expensive Systems

  • High capital and integration cost
  • Slows down throughput at scale
  • Rigid — hard to reconfigure for new parts or machines
CIAB

Every gap above — solved without ripping out what you already have.

  • Inspects every part in real time, stopping propagation — not a 1-in-1,000 sample
  • Removes human fatigue and subjectivity — consistent detection on every single part, every time
  • Monitors part quality directly, not just machine health
  • Deploys onto existing lines — no layout changes, no lost throughput
  • Reconfigurable by design — adapts to new part geometries, machines, or production changes

07 — WHAT'S INCLUDED
What's included in CIAB

A complete stack, not a point solution.

Every layer — from the sensor on the machine to the dashboard on your screen — is engineered, installed, and supported by CIAB.

Hardware

CIAB Monitoring Unit

The core hardware enclosure housing our proprietary vibration models and edge processing — installed directly at the machine. Anomaly detection software is embedded into the unit's firmware; Controls interface modules and data export Ethernet modules can be combined and configured to your needs.

Sensors

Vibration, power, torque, and other analog and digital sensors mounted on your equipment to continuously capture machine and process signals. Fully customizable to match your specific machine and application needs.

Cables

Industrial-grade cables connecting sensors, machine controls, communication plate, and Ethernet switch to the monitoring unit — customized in length, routing, and configuration to fit your setup.

Software

Communication Interface / Utility Software

Interface to program the CIAB Monitoring Unit with an external utility software through a laptop — configurable for alarm settings, data downloads, and diagnostic / root cause analysis.

Operator Screen Software

A real-time, on-floor display giving operators immediate visibility into part quality and machine health, allowing for alarm setting and basic diagnostics.

Data Bridge Software to Cloud Platform

Securely streams processed data, anomaly details to the client's cloud, where it feeds detection models and powers dashboards, alerts, and historical analytics.

Installation Support & Engineering

We offer services for system hardware installation, controls configuration, alarm setting protocols, and troubleshooting / training services - deployable in under 2 weeks with minimal disruption to production.
